Admissions

1. The candidate submits a VIP application.
2. NSFT reviews applications ahead of each intake.
3. Selected candidates receive an email 1–2 weeks before the intake.
4. The candidate confirms their seat.
5. Private access to the NSFT Student Dashboard opens on enrollment day.

NSFT admits candidates twice a year: February 20 and August 15.

Applications are reviewed in order received. Seats per intake are limited.

Candidates must be 18 or older and hold a secondary education or equivalent. Individual programs may carry additional prerequisites; NSFT-EPT requires a completed NSFT-CPT.

Applications are considered on the completeness of the application, the candidate's stated motivation, relevant experience and readiness for the chosen program.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or enrollment.

Selected VIP applicants receive 40% off standard tuition on any program or bundle when enrollment opens. No payment is taken at the application stage.

All study, examination and credentialing are delivered online, and candidates are admitted from any country. Requirements for working as a fitness professional vary by country and employer; candidates should confirm local requirements.

All admissions enquiries are handled through one official channel. Please include your full name and use the subject line "Admissions – [Your Name]".

Gyms, studios and HR teams may request written confirmation of a candidate's credential status, arrange bulk verification for hiring, or report a suspected fraudulent credential.
