NSFT is a private professional education organization, not a government or statutory body. NSFT certifications are not government-issued licenses.
Certification does not guarantee employment, income, or acceptance by any employer, insurer or jurisdiction.
Who We Are

Information We Collect
- Application data: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, education, experience, program interest and motivation statement.
- Credential data: registry number, credential title, photograph, issue and expiry dates and status.
- Technical data: device, browser and usage information collected when the site is visited.
How We Use It
To review applications, contact selected candidates, administer study and examinations, issue and maintain credentials, operate the public registry and improve the site.
Legal Bases
Processing is based on consent, steps taken at the applicant's request prior to enrollment, legitimate interests in operating a credential registry, and compliance with legal obligations.
Public Registry Disclosure
For credential holders, the name, photograph, credential, status and relevant dates are publicly verifiable through the Candidate Registry.
International Transfers
Data may be processed in countries other than the candidate's own, with appropriate safeguards in place.
Retention
Application data is retained for as long as needed to administer intakes. Credential records are retained for as long as needed to support verification.
Security
NSFT applies technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access to, correction of or deletion of their data, and may object to certain processing.
Children
NSFT programs are available only to individuals aged 18 or older. NSFT does not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The date above shows when it was last revised.
