By using nsftacademy.com or submitting an application, the user agrees to these terms.

NSFT Academy (National Society of Fitness Trainers) is a private professional education organization. It is not a government, statutory or licensing body.

Applicants must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or enrollment. NSFT may decline any application at its discretion.

Programs are listed as Enrolling Soon. Founders pricing applies to selected VIP applicants when enrollment opens. Tuition and program details are subject to change before launch.

All course materials, examination items, the NSFT name and the NSFT crest are the property of NSFT and may not be reproduced without permission.

Candidates agree to complete examinations honestly and in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

Credentials are issued only after the assessment requirements are met and are recorded in the public Candidate Registry, which NSFT maintains solely.

NSFT may suspend or revoke a credential following a breach of the Code of Conduct or where a credential was obtained improperly.

Certification demonstrates completion of NSFT's assessment requirements only and does not guarantee employment, income or acceptance by any employer, insurer or jurisdiction.

To the extent permitted by law, NSFT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or its programs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

NSFT may update these terms. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
